To me, this is a special week.
Mr. Lee Wood took an early plan about
9 o’clock. And I was the guy for reception. From the
airport to our school we had a pleasure communication
all the way. In fact I was a little bit surprised that
he was just like a neighbor instead of a general manager
of such an international company.
From jogging to windsurfing, we talk
about anything we could! And I am attracted by his
unique affinity. He liked to share his philosophy and
the way he grew up.
I noticed something: he reverberated
to anything I told him. For example, he shared his
jogging experience when I told him I like to play
tennis. And I am wondering this is the reason that he
could be a good manager: To share experience with
others and there comes the identification.
In school we have to learn about the
professional skill and how to deal with the heavy
machines and lots of “important” ability trainings. But
what’s the point to get along with our organization?
Maybe the communication skill would be preferred.
