Qualification: |
1、At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following
disciplines: Statistics, MIS Computer Science. |

2、Possess programming skills (SAS programming will be
a plus) |
|
3、Comfortable in dealing with a lot of numbers and able
to discern patterns or trends through the use numerical techniques.
|
|
4、Able to communicate ideas and learning internal customers
effectively. |
|
5、To be a team player is also important. |

Job SPEC: |
1、Providing list management to Marketing activities.
This includes precount sizing, name/address mapping, exclusion and
seed listing.Setting up and executing regular DM programs, as
well as customer reward fulfillment related to completion of Marketing
programs. |

2、Providing programming and systems support to Marketing
activities in the Cards business. This includes setting up tracking
mechanisms forcontrol-test champion challenger cells, processing bureau
data, uploading marketing program codes into legacy systems, as well
as planning and executing UAT cycles. |
|
3、Provide analysis and MIS reporting to the Cards
business team. The primary area of focus will be regular MIS(new-to-bank
and portfolio MIS ), product-specific performance monitors
thro MOB-analyses, structured analysis of responder/non-responders
in various product lines in the Cards business(e.g. LOP, balance
transfers, EPP, skip-payment).He or she will assist in developing
relevant analytics/modeling to improve the targeting effectiveness
at a product-level.

4、Provide analysis and MIS reporting to the Cards
business team. The primary area of focus will be on customer relationship
performance tracking, monitoring customer behavioral changes of
time. Assist in relevant analytics /modeling development and validation
to maximize the targeting effectiveness
at a customer-level.
