The history of ICCM is rich in its development. From its inception in
1988 this Conference has grown in stature and reputation. ICCM 2000 attracted
more than two hundred participants from around the world. It has steadfastly
adhered to the original intent to bring together scholars and practitioners
to share and compare cutting edge theories and practices of management.
The high degree of global representation has enhanced the breadth and
depth of material presented from culturally diverse perspectives. At the
era of new economy, we particularly welcome papers related to the theme
of this Conference that represents a temporal dimension of comparative
management. Contributions will be peer-reviewed and selected papers will
be included in the Proceedings.

Submission Guidelines
1. Your complete manuscript must be submitted via electronic or regular
mail by no later than December 31, 2001.
2. The manuscript should be typed in 12 points Times New Roman or similar
fonts and be double-spaced, not to exceed 20 pages, including illustration.
References should follow the Style Guide for the Academy of Management
Journal.
3. Each submission should include a separate title page with an abstract
of about 300 words as well as a separate sheet listing paper title, author(s),
affiliation(s), telephone number(s), fax number(s), e-mail addresses,
and the individual to whom correspondence should be directed. The main
body of paper(s) should include the title but not name(s) of the author(s).
4. A 3 1/2" high-density diskette should be provided with the text
file in Microsoft Word format.
5. Papers submitted must be original and should not presented in another
conference or published elsewhere. All submissions will be blind reviewed.
Decision on the submissions will be notified by January 31, 2002.
6. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present
at the conference. The registration fee for the conference will be US$100(before
March 31, 2002) or US$150(after March 31, 2002).
7. The official language at the conference will be English.
